What a beautiful day it was Saturday, September 19th for the 10th Annual H Street Festival! This is an event that gets bigger and better every year, with over 125,000 estimated to have attended in 2014. The festival takes place every September on H Street from 4th to 14th Sts. NE, which puts it only about 4-5 blocks from our home at Gallaudet University. Multiple stages are set up along H Street to host a slew of great local bands, and both sides of H Street are lined with non-stop food and drink vendors for the entire 10 blocks. The #DistrictOfUltimate community tent was right in the heart of the crowd at 9th & H and busy the entire 7 hours. All in all it was a huge success for awareness of the Breeze and the sport Ultimate in general.
