This is definitely our favorite story of the day. Ultimate is alive and well all the way under Down Under, as Tasmanian mixed team Kunanyi is working out hard and getting ready for the upcoming Australian National Championships.
For those keeping track, Tasmania is approximately 10,350 miles from Columbia High School in Maplewood, NJ, where the sport was invented in 1968. You just have to be excited about the rapidly growing reach of our sport these days. Sure, it’s thanks in part to the IOC, but we owe thanks in greater part to the sport itself. And what a fantastic sport it is!
