Breeze Outlast Rochester, 26-25

The Breeze finished their two-game road trip on a high note today with a last-minute victory over the Rochester Dragons, 26-25. The DC Breeze beat the Phoenix in overtime Saturday evening, 30-29 as the sun set in Philadelphia. It was an intense affair with neither side gaining more than a 2-point advantage the entire game, and then the Breeze overcame a 2-goal deficit in overtime to emerge with the victory. The Breeze improved to 2-2 while the Phoenix fell to 0-4 with the heartbreaking loss.
