The DC Breeze played 36 minutes of majestic Ultimate to take a 5 goal lead into the 4th quarter of the AUDL’s first Cross Coast Challenge game against the league’s #3 ranked team in Raleigh last night, only to come up painfully short in the end. The South Division’s Raleigh Flyers staged an impressive comeback to tie the game 20-20 at the end of regulation, and went on to clinch the victory in overtime, 23-21. Full game recap coming soon.
