Next Home Game June 4: Breeze vs Toronto

Time to get serious

The DC Breeze face Division leaders Toronto Rush in a much anticipated rematch Saturday, June 4, 6:30pm here at Gallaudet University. This game will mark the 3rd and final time that the two teams will meet in the 2016 regular season, and Toronto has come out on top by a mere 1 point in both previous games including one in double overtime. Toronto leads the division with a 6-1 record, and the Breeze are 1/2 game back at 6-2.

The Rush are now 39-0 all time against U.S. based teams in the regular season, so not only does this match have significant playoff ramifications, but the big question throughout the league is, can the Breeze do a point better this time and become the first U.S. team ever to knock off the 3-time East Division champions? Please come out and support DC Ultimate and the DC Breeze.

Saturday is Youth Ultimate League of Arlington (YULA) Night! YULA is a non-profit organization in Arlington County that teaches and promotes Ultimate at the middle school and high school levels, and is truly a model organization for growing the sport in the youth community.
