Morrill Performance Training at Crossfit DC

Breeze players got a full dose of preseason training reality over the weekend thanks to 2016 Breeze Strength & Conditioning partner Morrill Performance and CrossFit DC. The team scheduled two training sessions over the weekend, with CrossFit DC graciously hosting the Saturday afternoon session at their East DC facility, 1365 H Street NE.

2016 Schedule Released

Two visits each by the Toronto Rush and New York Empire and a packed 7-game May highlight the 2016 Schedule. Toronto visits DC April 23rd and again June 4th, while New York visits May 7th and June 11th. Both the April 23rd Toronto game and the June 11th NY game have been included in the Must Watch: Best Matchups of 2016 by the AUDL.
