Round 2 of the 5-round Breeze/WAFC Middle School Clinic Series took place last Sunday at Washington-Lee High School in Arlington. Following a terrific first evening September 18 with 40 kids in attendance, Round 2 surpassed the opening night with almost 60 middle schoolers participating in the 2-hour session.
Here are the Top 10 Breeze players in Receiving Productivity during the 2016 season. The list is led by runaway goals leader and 2nd Team All-AUDL honoree Jeff Wodatch, with last year’s goals champ Matt Kerrigan the clear runner-up.
Breeze 2016 offensive leader Jeff Wodatch was named to the All-AUDL 2nd Team this week. Wodatch led the Breeze in goals and +/-, and was 2nd in assists and total points played while participating in all but one of the 16 games this season including both playoff games. He was a stalwart and top producer on an O-Line that scored 392 goals on the way to its best finish ever, with only an overtime road…

The DC Breeze and WAFC have partnered with YULA and elite players from the area’s best club teams to create a Middle School Clinic Series this Fall. Coaching instruction at the clinics will be performed by pros and other elite male and female players from around the region in the first series of its kind for the DC area.
