Breeze Finalize Roster with 14 New Signees

The Breeze completed their 2017 extended roster with the announcement of 14 additional players today. It’s a mix of young and veteran talent including one 18-year old still in high school (Malks) and two who return to the Breeze after very successful 2014 campaigns followed by a 2-year hiatus (Solis and Nam).

Breeze Add 6 To Secure First 20 On Roster

After an eventful week of signings, the DC Breeze 2017 roster is now at its February pre-tryout target. Over the last ten days, six players have joined this year’s squad. The team is excited to welcome back a handful of returning players and add some fresh faces. This wave of signings brings the team’s roster to 20. Rowan McDonnell Signs On for 2017

The DC Breeze announced today that defensive cutter Matthew “Rowan” McDonnell will return to the Breeze roster for the 2017 season. Over the course of the 2016 season, McDonnell played an astonishing 336 points and scored 21 goals for the Breeze. He also captained the 2016 squad along with Brad Scott and Nicky Spiva.
