Ultimate Finds a New Home in Uzbekistan

Ultimate Abroad: Breeze, DC Players Coach in Panama

  For the fifth consecutive year, local Washington, DC players will lead an Ultimate Frisbee clinic in Panama City, Panama. Breeze Players Teach Ultimate To Wilson HS PE Classes

Last week, Woodrow Wilson High School and Wilson High School Ultimate Coach Dave Ohls hosted Breeze players and staff as Physical Education guest instructors. The volunteers spent three days at Wilson High School teaching Ultimate skills and techniques in a clinic format to six separate P.E. classes.

Feng Retires, Begins Youth & Gender Equity Role with Team

Ben Feng will hang up his cleats for good this winter and retire from the DC Breeze as a player. He announced today that he will use his retirement to focus on youth, women’s and mixed development with an emphasis on gender equity, and has accepted a position with the team as its new Youth and Gender Equity Coordinator.

Breeze/WAFC Middle School Clinic Series Round 2

Round 2 of the 5-round Breeze/WAFC Middle School Clinic Series took place last Sunday at Washington-Lee High School in Arlington. Following a terrific first evening September 18 with 40 kids in attendance, Round 2 surpassed the opening night with almost 60 middle schoolers participating in the 2-hour session.
